[Friday Flash Review] Pillsbury Confetti Cookies

Friday Flash Reviews are abridged reviews of new or exciting products for your end-of-week reading.

I guess I should have seen this coming. If you’re just joining us, Poppin’ Fresh has a secret girlfriend who might actually be his sister. First, he coped by baking some Salted Caramel Apple Cookies. Now, he’s gone completely off the deep end and is partying 24/7 to forget about his problems. Look at the poor guy. What a mess. His weird blue pupils are dilated and he’s throwing confetti everywhere. It would be a real shame if this bender results in him making me some more cookies…

Welp these new Pillsbury Confetti Cookies are just sugar cookies. The sugar cookie dough bakes up really soft and carries the same rich and buttery flavor that’s featured in Salted Caramel Apple cookies, but it’s obviously much more straightforward here. The sprinkles look fun, but don’t seem to add anything other than color. Pillsbury Confetti Cookies might not be worth an all-out rager, but they’re pretty good sugar cookies.
